Power, Speed & Agility (ages 8-12)

Designed for ages 8-12 that have a desire to be fitter, faster, and build up self confidence. First 2 classes FREE!

Monday 4:30pm – 5:30pm

Wednesday 4:30pm – 5:30pm

Teens Class (ages 13+)

This class is for those aged 13+ that are interested in strength and conditioning as well as building mental toughness. First 2 classes FREE!

Monday 5:30pm – 6:30pm

Wednesday 5:30pm – 6:30pm

Friday 5:00pm – 6:00pm

Community Giving Workout (ages 13+)

Come join Coach Brandon and workout with the community; bring a $10 donation for class (all proceeds from Saturdays program are given to local charity and/ family in need- donation recipients vary).
