Power, Speed & Agility (ages 8-13)

Designed for ages 8-13 that have a desire to be fitter, faster, build up self confidence, improve sports performance and learn proper techniques when training.

Monday 4:30pm – 5:30pm

Wednesday 4:30pm – 5:30pm

Olympic Weightlifting

Learn, train, and compete in the Olympic Lifts- Snatch and Clean & Jerk.

Monday 5:30pm – 6:30pm

Wednesday 5:30pm – 6:30pm

Group Fitness (ages 14+)

Strength and conditioning – whether that be learning to lift or experienced in training this is the class for you.

Monday 6:30pm – 7:30pm

Wednesday 6:30pm – 7:30pm

Saturday 9:30am – 11:00am
